IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Strikes, floods etc.).

  • All colours of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications.

  • Offers available until stocks sell out. When ordering by mail/fax, if all items requested have sold out you will be notified by mail.
Shipping & Delivery
  • We offer free postage World Wide from our retail shop Omnia .
  • For wholesale orders your postage costs will be shown in the final total.
  • We deliver by Australia Post and register all parcels so they can be tracked. Please allow 3-7 working days delivery. 
  • We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery or damage during transit.
  • OMNIA dispatches all orders within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.. Orders received within the 24 hour period after this or on non-business days, are shipped the next business day.
  • If there are delays due to stock reasons OMNIA will notify you and you will have the option of changing or cancelling your order.
Express Post
  • Express Post is available for orders within Australia only. You will be advised of the cost depending on the area, weight and size of order.
  • Please check the Australia Post website for the Express Post Next Business Day Network.

  • International Postage and Packing New Zealand
    • We use Australia Post and your package will have a tracking number.
Shipping & Delivery of Larger Items
The delivery of larger items like furniture are the responsability of the puchaser unless purchased within a 100km radius of Katoomba, then a delivery price will be applied. 

We reserve the right to:

  • to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received. All orders are subject to availability of stock to take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.
What Information Do We Collect?
We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.

Returns & Replacements
  • To return an item(s), please include the packaging slip that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return.
  • Send the returned item(s) to the address which appears at the top of the packaging slip. Goods must be returned within 3 weeks of order date - ie. unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and/or tags attached.
  • We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered), or we can also hold a credit against your membership for future purchases if chosen.
  • Strictly no returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items.
Ordering
When ordering wholesale your total including GST & postage will be automatically calculated. When purchasing from our retail outlet, Omnia, your gst will be shown and postage will be calculated in the total. You are able to pay by EFT or via paypal. If you wish to use a credit card you are able to phone through to our office or shop during opening hours. 
Updating Account Information
You can update your account information anytime  by logging in to your account and editing the relevant information.
